myphantompath technology stems from a request made to one of our founders by a US government agency to help secure their most sensitive communications.
Chief among the requirements:
The technology solution must be lightweight and software-based, so it can be downloaded to any device anywhere in the world.
It must be transparent to end users, so they don’t need training for use or operation.
It must be able to operate over any network of opportunity that supports Internet Protocol (IP) traffic, so end users can communicate securely everywhere.
It must operate at a lower level of the OSI model than the Application layer (layer 7), so it’s harder to manipulate or otherwise hack.
It must prevent third parties from inserting themselves into the middle of the communication, so it remains secure.
It must stick to standards, including crypto standards, so it doesn’t become a target to adversaries.
